Q-Color: Pigments- These pigments impart brilliant color, excellent covering and leveling capacity, improved accuracy in color matching, good wet rub and dry rub resistance, excellent water resistance, light fastness and excellent heat resistance.

Q-Upgrade: Up-gradation system- High solid up- gradation product used for repairing open scratches, defects and scars on the surface of leather, the leather surface becomes evened by buffing prior to finishing. It provides outstanding adhesion, flexibility and covering even at the deeper and wider damaged areas of the leather. Excellent product for up-gradation of leather finishes.

Poseidon Binder: Acrylic resin binder- Acrylic polymer for aqueous base coats. Imparts very good adhesion, fill, coverage, solvent resistance, low temperature flexibility, cold crack resistance, toughness with softness, plate release, print retention, wet and dry rub fastness.

Poseidon Compact: Compact base coat binder- Unique compact base coat, imparts exceptional coverage and outstanding physical properties in terms of flexibility, abrasion resistance, water resistance, cold crack resistance, embossing effect, good plate release, excellent print definition, retention and excellent milling effect.

Q-Upgrade TKP-1187	High Fill Binder	7.0-9.0  Soft	White        Paste	38±2	A high solid, high viscosity up-gradation product used for repairing open scratches and scars on the surface of leather. Can be applied by spatula or trowel on the damaged area of the crust.  After the excess is removed: the leather surface becomes evened by buffing prior to finishing. TKP-1187 provides outstanding adhesion and flexibility, even at the deeper and wider damaged areas of the leather. The subsequent adhesion of the finish is excellent, as it becomes an integral part of the finish. Suitable for up-gradation of all types of leather.
Q-Upgrade TKP-1192	High Fill Pre-base Binder	7.0-9.0  Soft	Whitish     Liquid	36±2	A high solid, high viscosity, pre-base upgrade product that can be used for repairing defects on the surface of leather. TKP-1192 is typically applied by roller coater on corrected or full grain leathers to enhance aesthetics and increase cutting yields. It is stable in the drum and maintains a thick creamy consistency with no separation or cakey biscuit formation. Due to its chemical composition and high solids it allows for minimal shrinkage after drying and provides outstanding adhesion and flexibility.

When properly formulated AB-90F also offers excellent gloss. It is well suited for a variety of coating applications. Typical application is for automotive, furniture, shoe leather and leather goods. AB-90F can be crosslinked with AM-636XL Crosslinker to further enhance chemical, water and stain resistance, block resistance and wear properties.
Poseidon Urethane DM-831	Aqueous Poly- urethane dispersion	7.0-9.0  Soft	Milky   Liquid /   Anionic	35±2	Inherently dull, solvent free, lightfast polyurethane resin with exceptional physical properties in terms of abrasion resistance, flexibility and water resistance.  Can be used in base coat or topcoat formulations to produce low gloss coatings with soft touch and good surface handle without the need for external dulling agents. Performance can be enhanced by the addition of crosslinker. Automotive topcoats prepared with DM-831 exhibit excellent flow and surface feel properties and wet crock resistance. High levels can be used, but limits should be determined by physical testing. It helps in hiding defects of leather surface.  Can be used for all types of leather finishes.

Rheology Modifiers -Thickeners

Can be used effectively to control viscosity and flow of base coat and topcoat formulations. AM-75 is activated at a lower pH range than conventional acrylic thickeners; therefore it imparts better stability to the mixes by minimizing pigment flocculation and color drift of the formulation.  Can be used either alone or in combination with AM-80 for a low shear/ high shear balance of viscosity for roller coat applications. The water resistance and physical properties of the final coatings are affected to a lesser extent than other types of competitive thickeners.
Q-Add AM-80	Hydro-  phobic  Chemistry	N.A	Trans-     lucent     Liquid	32±2	A Rheological additive based on a new hydrophobic chemistry different from the ethoxylated urethane thickeners.  AM-80 provides efficient thickening independent of pH and maintains its viscosity under high shear. AM-80 is designed for roller coater or other high shear applications but it has proven to be very useful in base coat and color coat airless and air-assisted spray applications.

Care should be taken not to exceed levels especially in topcoats.
Q-Add BS-271	Silicone based chemistry	6.0-8.0	Milky     Liquid	36±2	A defoamer package based on silicone chemistry for use in aqueous base coats and topcoats. Because of the unique chemistry and structure of BS-271, it is less likely to cause surface defects such as fisheyes or pinholes. It is also an effective defoamer for eliminating bubbles in roll base coats and foam in pigment dispersions. Typical usage levels are 0.1 to 0.25%. Care should be taken not to exceed these levels.

Q-Add BS-306	Silica based Flattening agent	8.0-10.0	Trans-     lucent	10±2	High efficiency silica based flatting agent. Suitable for use in all water based topcoats. BS-306 imparts a smooth surface feel, exceptional clarity and excellent gloss control in water base topcoats. At a 60-degree gloss to 2.5 or less, the finish remains clear, resulting in vivid colors and jet blackness. Imparts good clarity at lowest gloss levels. Maximum resistance to stress whitening and longer pot life at all temperatures. When used in combination with the AB-Series of polyurethane resins, a variety of gloss levels can be achieved with good physical properties.

Q-Feel EN-601	High molecular weight silicone dispersed in water	6.0-9.0	Liquid	33±2	A unique feel additive for use exclusively in water based topcoats at levels from 2-10% on the total mix. It imparts a very pleasant feel of a silky and waxy nature and mellow handle.  Very compatible with most topcoat materials without causing white crease or white haze. It also improves the flow and water resistance of the finish. Suitable for all types of aqueous finishes.
Q-Feel AW-858	High molecular weight silicone dispersed in water	8.0-10	Liquid	60±2	Unique high solids water based additive for use exclusively in water-based topcoats at levels from 1-6% on total topcoat mix. Imparts a very pleasant feel and mellow handle of a silky and waxy in nature. In addition AW-858 will improve abrasion and wear resistance for automotive topcoats.
Q-Add AW-26	Fine  Quality  Synthetic  wax	6.0-8.0 / Soft	Whitish     Liquid /     Anionic	47±2	High solid, high efficiency plate releasing wax for use in base and topcoats.
